Bulls To Host Team Mexico In Only Preseason Game

DALLAS (Jan. 27, 2026) - The Dallas Bulls have announced they will play Team Mexico in their only preseason game on March 7, 2026, at the Fair Park Coliseum. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

In a statement from the team’s ownership group, Arena Sports Holding Group, they said: “When the opportunity presented itself to have our preseason game be an international matchup, we wanted to give our fans a great way to start the season. The arena league in Mexico is strong, and we will face their best players on March 7. We will be ready to represent the United States and turn the evening into one of the best events on the Dallas sports scene this year.”

The Bulls are one of three new franchises in the NAL, the National Arena League. The league kicks off its 2026 spring season with nine teams and a 13-week regular season. The team is currently the only arena football team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Team Mexico is comprised of players from LEXFA, the Liga Extrema de Football Americano (Extreme American Football League). It is the top American football league in Mexico, specializing in arena football (indoor football), headquartered in Mexico City. Over the years, Team Mexico has played games against professional Arena Football teams in the United States.

ASHG added in a statement, “This matchup will be more than just a game for our team to get ready for the season. It is the first international 'football' game of any kind in Dallas this year, and we are looking forward to being a part of the USA-Mexico rivalry that has been in place for many years in this sport and others.”
